Oh Happy Day – Philip Doddridge


Oh Happy Day is a 1967 gospel music arrangement of the 1755 hymn by clergyman Philip Doddridge. It has been recorded by hundreds of artists, and was used in the film “Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit“. This arrangement is for string trio. As with all of our string trio arrangements, the middle part is included in both treble and alto clef giving you the flexibility of playing the piece with either two violins and cello OR violin, viola and cello.
