Les Patineurs, Op. 183 (The Skaters Waltz) – Emile Waldteufel

Les Patineurs — or The Skaters Waltz — is a well-known and well-loved holiday favorite written by Emile Waldteufel in 1883. This arrangement for string trio is true to the original piece and includes an introduction, four waltzes, and a coda section. It has been transposed down to begin in the key of C major to make the rapid sections more easily playable.
As with all of our string trio arrangements, the middle part is included in both alto and treble clef, giving you the flexibility of performing it with either two violins and cello OR violin, viola and cello. Score, set of parts 43 pages.
