(I Dreamt That I Dwelt) In Marble Halls was composed by Michael William Balfe (1808-1870) and is a beautiful aria from the Opera The Bohemian Girl . It has been used in movies, and recorded by Julian Lloyd Webber as a solo cello piece.
As with all of our string trio arrangements, the middle part is included in both alto and treble clef, giving you the flexibility of performing it with either two violins and cello OR violin, viola and cello.
